"Our room was clean and spacious!"

"The staff were fantastic. The location is great. The breakfast was great. There were even options for us watching our carbs that were tasty. I will be staying at this location again provided it remains a Marriott brand. "

"When i pulled up there were homeless people around the outside of the building. There's only 2 ways to get to the rooms and both stair cases are by the exit doors. No elevators. The room smelled musty and gross. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the towels need to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable and that was the best part of the entire room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I felt very unsafe and left to go to another hotel for the duration of my stay."

"I checked in and the room I was given was dark. The mattress was a 4” camper mattress on top of a king frame. The bathroom mirrors were dirty and when I opened the curtain the window was shattered. I did not feel comfortable staying there and immediately moved to another hotel. "

"Adequate parking, good shower ... also good room temperature control, comfortable bed, good number of tv stations, nice exercise room ( would have liked more than one treadmill), the pool was good. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future."

"When we went to bed we found that the sheets had some foreign object stuck on it. I have pictures. Front desk guy came to our room, looked at the sheet, said he did not know what it was and gave us sheets to change ourselves as he was the only person working. Sheets were mixed sizes. No blanket. We didn’t sleep much that night. Spoke the the manager next morning. He offered us a $40 credit for another stay. That is an insult for soiled sheets and little sleep. His 2nd offer was 2 drink tokens....

"This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. "

"The Hotel smelled amazing and made you feel so comfortable. Parking was free and just a few steps away. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and fully stocked. Loved the bathroom products. We will definitely recommend others to stay here and if we travel that way again I will be staying there! Front desk was so kind and helpful- greatly personalities!"
