"The person working the front desk was too involved with her phone to notice people standing at the desk. It was like that at check-in, and each time I went downstairs for something. She looked irritated each time I came down for something. The air conditioner in the suite was squeaking like an injured bird. We were moved to another room - that was right next to an exit door that slammed every 10 to 15 minutes until the late hours. The fire alarm went off repeatedly very early in the morning...

"The first room I was given, you didn't need a key just walk in. when I explained to the front desk. "We never had an issue with it." second room I had to spend 5 minutes to get in every time. key would only work the lock sometimes. you couldn't hear the tv when the A/c came on. The shower head came to my chin. I am 5'10. so you had to bend over to rinse off. the restaurant was closed. and broken bottles in the parking lot. I would not recomend. But , It is only 5 mins to the airport. "
