"Wir hatten insgesamt drei Zimmer gebucht. Für eines davon habe ich ein Upgrade angefragt, leider bestand dieses lediglich aus einem Poolblick. Im Vergleich zu den anderen beiden Standardzimmern gab es ansonsten kaum Unterschiede. Im Gegenteil: Das angebliche Upgrade-Zimmer hatte sogar einen kleineren Schrank und einen kleineren Tisch, was mit Baby eher unpraktisch war. Rückblickend hätte ich mir das Upgrade sparen können.
Die Matratze war leider sehr unbequem, sodass ich während des Aufenthalts...

"Sehr nett eingerichtetes Zimmer.
Man sollte aber beachten, dass es keine Rezeption gibt und man früh genug den Online-Checkin abgeschlossen haben sollte. Uns wurde aber per Whatsapp durch die nette Besitzerin sehr rasch weitergeholfen.
Zur Umgebung: das Zentrum von Inca ist zu Fuß perfekt erreichbar, leider ist Inca (auch Nachts) eine sehr autofreundliche Stadt."

"Lovely hotel, and nice amenities
Lucia is an absolute super star and was so helpful when my father got sick, and was so caring. I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that!
Car park is helpful and the bike room was secure for my boyfriend Ironman"
