"This place is a bit further out from Pisa, but we still had a really nice stay and made the most of it. It’s great value for money, which was a big plus. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but honestly, the staff more than made up for it—they were super friendly and welcoming the whole time. The restaurant was also a highlight, with really tasty food that we enjoyed a lot. It’s a good spot if you’ve got a car and want to explore the nearby villages and surrounding area."

"Get ready to be impressed if you stay here. Every staff member from our arrival to our departure genuinely greeted us and welcomed us and many remembered our name. They always asked if we needed anything or offered help or suggestions in a genuine “we want to help way”. The concierge before our stay was ultra responsive, during our stay they were always present. You want attention to detail, Castelfalfi has it covered. Drinks are carefully made and delivered. Turn down service straightened the room, put little clothes under anything we had on the bathroom sink or room table, a new bookmark was left next to my book on the nightstand, cords were always wrapped and made to look tidy, I could go on and on. The food in the various restaurants was amazing. The little meat and cheese shop made a tremendous& fresh sandwich sliced up right in front of us on fresh baked bread. The view of sunset from the back deck had many guests out watching for good reason. The spa pool was great and the gym was pretty big. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want. Want fresh honey? There was a station with a honeycomb taken from their property…it drips fresh honey into a tray that empties into a bowl for you. The wine tasting was fun and delicious and worth it. Everything is on site and you will not want to leave the property during your stay or at the end of your trip. Castelfalfi- I hope and pray I return some day, thank you!!"

"The two things that we loved the most about this hotel was its location, just a few steps from the Piazza del Duomo and the roof terrace. The views from the rooftop bar were stunning especially of an evening when the tower and cathedral were illuminated. The hotel itself is a little dated in places but it was clean, the staff were excellent , our room was good with a comfy bed and housekeeping every day. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to visit Pisa."

"Loved the rustic charm of this hotel. 10 minutes to the tower on foot very conveniently located. Loved the cafe on the ground floor. We went every morning for our coffee and brought it back to the room whilst getting ready. The staff were amazing so helpful. There is a lift if you need to use it. Nice table and chairs outside to have a relax and a coffee and pastry. The only thing was we were cold so asked for extra blankets which were brought immediately. Great shower and bathroom with products if you need them. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels. We all loved Pisa the people were so polite and not as crowded as Florence so makes it an ideal place to be based. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Pisa! The building is modern and new, and the apartment itself is so compact, clean and beautifully presented. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just 10 minutes from the airport and close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Parking was also easy and convenient, which was a big bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!"

"A typical Italian hotel with traditional decor and close to Pisa Train station. We had a family room which was ample for 2nts. Only issue was I was bitten by a rogue mosquito about 7x which I thought was unusual for this time of year. Overall this didn’t dampen our spirits - the torrential rain on the other hand was on another level! Overall this was a good hotel (breakfast was ok too (especially the pastries and coffee) and the location was ok. It was about a 15 mins walk to the tower."
