"The bed was very comfortable. Great to be able to open the windows to have fresh air overnight. Desk clerk easily accommodated a room change. Would have been nice to have glasses rather than paper cups."
"Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I had a poolside room with my grandsons and would highly recommend. They had so much fun.
Restaurant food and staff was great.
Would definitely recommend and will stay again"
"Walls between rooms provide very little sound proofing. Hard to get a good sleep when you can hear muffled conversations through the walls on both sides. Breakfast was weak. Other than that....just average"
"Very limited breakfast, literally nothing I could eat as it was all grain based, or sugar.
Room was decently clean, but the commonly touched areas (doorknobs, remotes, handles, etc) were either sticky or had visible soil build up that should have been cleaned.
The door and wall to the bathroom looked like someone had been tapping a knife or something similar to it repeatedly, leaving a lot of small marks.
The front lobby had a roof leak and bins set out to catch the drips.
Staff were stretched a bit thin trying to deal with stuff, but very friendly. "
"Liz at the breakfast nook was delightful and very attentive.
Highly recommend this hotel for comfortable large rooms, lovely clean pool and a real food breakfast with real China and metal utensils!
Awesome!
Thank you!"
"The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. We were able to hear other guests in their rooms quite clearly, but other than that the inn was a comfortable stay. "
