"The room was super clean. Valet attendants always attentive & courteous. Walked to get bagels one morning & can walk to some surrounding restaurants. The onsite coffee shop is nice w/room to work in the morning, if needed, & hotel restaurant food was good. Still a little strange to me that check in’s at a small pop up kiosk (thought was temp last time I stayed 2 yrs ago), which doesn’t seem to be on par with the rest of the hotel, but everything else was great & I’ll definitely stay there again!"

"THE LOBBY AREA AND PARKING WERE CLEAN, THE STAFF NOT TOO FRIENDLY, ONLY 3 TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM THE WERE STAINED AND THEN THE NEXT DAY THEY TOOK THE TOWELS BUT DIDNT CLEAN THE ROOM WHICH WAS KIND OF CONFUSING AND WHEN MY DAUGHTER WENT TO ASK FOR MORE TOWELS FIRST WAS TOLD NO THEN SHE WALKED TO THE LAUNDRY AREA AND ASK SOMEONE FOR TOWELS AND THE PERSON TOLD HER WE HAVE TO WAIT 10-15 AND SOMEONE WILL TAKE IT TO THE ROOM. NOT SURE IF ITS ALWAYS LIKE THAT BUT THERE WAS A LOT OF PEOPLE AT NIGHT IN THE PARKING LOT, A LOT OF NOISE AND TALKING AND DOG BARKING LATE AT NIGHT IN THE HALLWAY. THE WINDOW COUTAINS HAVE SOME STAINS CLOSE TO THE CEALING THAT LOOKS LIKE WATER DAMAGE OR EVEN MOLD. I WANTED THIS STAY TO BE A GOOD ONE SINCE THE PICTURES LOOK LIKE A NICE PLACE AND THEY WERE PET FRIENDLY WHICH WE TRAVEL WITH OUR DOG BUT WAS NOT AS I EXPECTED. I HATE LEAVING BAD REVIEWS BUT I DONT LIKE TO LIE EITHER. HOPEFULLY THEY DO SOME IMPROVEMENTS AND DEEP CLEANING IN THE ROOMS."

"We were put in a room next to a room that had a dog in it. Usually patrons with pets are on a separate floor. Dog barked during the night. Other patrons on floor did not follow quiet hours, we didn't sleep well due to the disruptions. Facility and staff were great, adherence to Marriott rules by patrons, poor. My previous Marriott experiences have been great, not this one."
