I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful our stay at the Hampton Inn in Potsdam was this past weekend.
From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and inviting, and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and accommodating.
We especially want to recognize Ryan for his exceptional customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. While we were having breakfast, we had the opportunity to observe how he interacted with each guest, and it was clear that he takes great pride in making everyone feel welcome and well cared for. His positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out.
Ryan is an incredible asset to the Hilton family, and our family cannot say enough about the wonderful impression he made on us. Employees who provide this level of genuine care and hospitality are truly special, and we hope he has a long and successful career in the hospitality industry. He is truly one in a million!
