Staff was very accommodating with room upgrade. Room view was spectacular for both the beach and city areas. Room and dining areas were very clean. Place does get busy so make sure to request valet in advance when needed.

My room wasn’t cleaned one day. Requested a cleaning and left for about two hours and no change. Next spoke to front desk again in person and the room was cleaned. Small bathroom area. When I received the room, I found used towels and soap. I suggest that you demand a little more from the housekeepers regarding the importance of delivering the room in optimal condition.
