"My stay was short and everything was excellent except for the rudeness of the shuttle driver coming from airport. He started by driving past us at shuttle location, he never asked where we were going, he didnt want to help with my luggage even though he saw i had a orthopedic boot on, he dropped off airport staff at Hyatt House and when I said im at Hyatt place he stated its across street. "Staff was very friendly and helpful! Bed was awesome and I wish I checked the brand of pillows so I can buy them! Pretty much everything was great. Just a couple notes: The auto shades weren’t working and neither was the bathroom exhaust so that wasn’t the best in an accessibility room with the walk in shower. We had to use a lot of towels each time for the floor. Other than that everything was great and I would stay here again!"

"The 2 Girls at the front desk were exceptionally welcoming and helpful!!! The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had plenty of options and was good. It was a great place to stay. A shuttle to and from the Hard rock would have been helpful!"
