Check in staff (Guyjjel- spelling a guess) was excellent. She was thorough, professional and personable. Room was clean and well laid out. Location was good and easy to access. Guest reception was good if somewhat limited. Dinner at restaurant not so good.

The room is spacious and close to the cruise port. The drive to the port was about 8 minutes. The bathroom is outdated and we did have issues with the toilet. However, once going to the front desk, maintenance was called and the issue was fixed within 30 minutes. Pool is clean, nice and big. Also, getting complimentary drinks in the evening was a plus. Would recommend.

The pool and hot tub where so relaxing. The only thing disappointing was the breakfast. The omelette was great, but everything else was just decent. But the staff was very nice. We were there for my friend's birthday and they treated her like quee. Even gave her a free dessert at the poolside. The only other thing I didn't like for was $36 a day self-parking fee, but it wasn't out of range for the area.
