"Casino was nice. Not crowded. The room should have had an inspection done before our arrival. Everything was pretty dusty. Corners were really bad. Towels were hard and stale from sitting so long. And the mattress definitely hadn’t been turned in ages. Room coffee was terrible. And not much creamer to cover the taste."

"They are ruining this property as soon as we arrive and got our room I ve had to go back to the front desk to asked for another room due to the lack of cleaning,the mattress you could see the buttons through the sheets, carpets derty my second room was even worse, I won’t recommend it to anybody , the elevators derty the food court very expensive, bad experience we will never go back"

"I didn’t come to Laughlin most of my adult life. I recently moved here and they are remodeling my home so I chose to stay at the pioneer for the three days. It was gonna take for them to do my kitchen and my floors anyway it was a really nice experience. Nice staff clean rooms although don’t expect any extras in the rooms no blow dryers no refrigerator no microwave no coffee maker but other than that it was a great experience."

"The parking and air conditioner are the conly things rhat worked. The room was so bad there was no shower curtain absolutely no hor water for shower. The bed had springs sticking out there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. Bathroom door was broken. No vending machines no ice machines no pool as advertised rherecwas supposed to be breakfast that didnt happen. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Left at 7am front door was locked could not talk to anyone. VERT DISSAPONTED IN THE WHOLE PLACE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. WE WANT A REFUND....."
