"Great staff, clean property and nice breakfast. We booked this place, so the little one could play in the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance on both days. I wished I knew it earlier."

"First of all, I would like to say thank u to the lady at the front desk that allowed us for late check out. The place was beautiful! Had a good selection for breakfast. Everything in the room was clean the only complaint I had was every time the toliet was flush, it did not flush. My husband had to take off the lid and fix something then it would flush. I would stay here again."

"The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay."

"Check in was great- Sam was extremely helpful... He was exceptional at his job!! Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool area was quite warm, but pool was chilly. Didn't get to use hot tub do to couple using it for sex- maybe some cameras in area would be a good idea. Definite bummer after the cold pool. Also a clock in pool area would be nice. Parking was good."

"Excellent hotel! Recently stayed 5 nights and really rate the hotel. It’s very conveniently located, super close to the mall of America and 10 mins drive from all the big box stores, 20mins from Minneapolis. The free breakfast is excellent, well stocked up and lots to chose from. Everything is very clean and the staff were super friendly. "It's a very good alternative for a hotel stay near Mall of America. Inclusion of breakfast was good. There's a chef who could make omelettes. Only flaw in our stay was that the body wash was not refilled before we checked in."

"The customer service was great. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was so clean I could not find one thing out of place. There was no carpet which was even more amazing. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was stocked. We did not hear anything above or below us. The breakfast was pretty good, a lot to choose from."
