"The hotel check-in was a nightmare. There is no front desk just a kiosk to check-in. I helped the two people in front of me check-in because they were not able to do it without help. The key card dispenser broke on the person checking in before me. That caused a 20 minute delay in check-in as there was no on site staff in case of emergency. "

"I’ve always enjoyed staying here—the clean rooms and especially the breakfast are the main reasons I keep coming back. Normally, everything goes smoothly, but this visit was a bit different. Upon arrival, the staff member I interacted with wasn’t very pleasant, though I’m not sure if that was due to the large party that had checked in just before me. Additionally, the breakfast, which is usually a highlight, was disappointing this time. I’m hoping this was just an off experience, as my past stays have been much better."
