"Being renovated - so sketchy looking. Room was basic and clean. Shower was broken. Very friendly owner - Paul. No Air conditioning so an open window with loud traffic. I stayed in a room , not a cabin those seemed nicer and they are farther from the road."

"The first thing I will say is I did not know we had booked a room with a shared bathroom. It didn’t say anything about this in the room details so I would say this was surprising and then you’re sharing with at least 3 rooms. When we arrived the host told me quite abruptly that I had parked in 2 spaces. The other guest had parked poorly and made it impossible to fit 2 cars in so I feel they should have spoken to that guest instead of having a grievance with us. The host is accommodating with...

"Man weiß gar nicht wo man anfangen soll, die Zimmer haben gestunken, alles war Stand 1980, nichts renoviert, alles schmuddelig und runtergekommen. Selbst für schottische Verhältnisse nicht akzeptabel. Das Essen im Restaurant ist aufgewärmter Fertigfrass den man nicht essen kann. Lage gegenüber vom Loch, aber an der Straße. 0 Sterne, einfach nur eine Frechheit!"

"An amazing guest house! So clean and up to date, great view and host is so nice. Breakfast was top notch. If we come back to Fort William again there is no doubt this is where we will stay next time too."

"This was a solid hotel on our way to Isle of Skye. The construction outside wasn't known until after the booking. And while not horrible, they started moving equipment about 45 min before 8am when the work was to start. We knew it would be rustic and it was. No frills but solid hotel. Beds were very hard though."
