The staff was friendly, the room was decent, when arrived, the shower in the bathroom was dripping non stop for a day told management, then next day the room next to me was being loud all night and day by singing and screaming, I informed front desk, the other front desk didn’t inform management instead did nothing on the 2nd day I also noticed spider webs behind the tv all over the wall and I noticed webs in the closet. I called to have them clean they didn’t put fresh towels as replacements, they didn’t even clean the whole room left the beds in the same way no clean sheets or making them up. The room next door still was having their speaker on blast while trying to sleep having karaoke. In the morning went to the bathroom found 2 roaches on the toilet and on the tub, went downstairs to ask for a compensation due to everything that happened. Showed them on my phone I had a complementary late checkout they did not honor it is they told me I would be a silver or gold membership holder. When I went back to the room, I informed my sister we got the two queen beds in one room. She took pictures of everything as well. Call the the front desk and inform them that she wants to speak to management and she’s going to let them know everything that happened. Basically what I wrote here and the only thing he said is that we had to leave by 12:30. Instead of 11, not giving us a later check out then we should have.
