"Pillows were rock hard and lumpy. Questionable if sheets changed. No pool. Beds not comfortable. We had stayed a couple years ago and things were good. I would no longer recommend."

"Wasn't told elevators were available in the 2nd building (my room was on the 3rd floor). Flushed the toilet & water flooded the bathroom floor. Asked for a different room, & the key card wouldn't work. Guy at the desk was nice enough, just very busy & place needs updating. I left & went to a different ..."

"Resort is great, friendly staff, clean rooms, water park is great, everything that you need is there. I like the most that it was not carpet in the rooms. Clean pools a lot fun stuff to do. Silent music Zumba class by the pools Relax time by the lobby. Kids enjoyed every minute there."
