"The staff was very unhelpful and attempted to charge us again even though the room had already been paid for. This resulted in over two hours of unnecessary delays before we were finally given access to the room. Additionally, the listing advertised wired internet; however, when we attempted to use it, it was not working. Instead of assisting us, the staff member simply gave us a phone number to call, which caused us to spend another hour trying to resolve the issue ourselves, which never ended...

"Expedia had the wrong check-in time; I arrived just after 3:00, intending to check in and shower before a meeting, only to be told that check-in was at 4:00 and my room wasn't ready. "The perfect location to enjoy exploring Fort Collins. The Hotel was a charming old building right on college street and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. "
