"I had very little interaction with the staff. Nobody greeted me when I came in the door after I checked in and the room and building as a hole was not super clean and was outdated. Carpets were old and grungy. I even had mud prints from a boot on the floor in my bathroom. "

I could purchase additional reservations but my original reservations were locked in with no changes allowed and no credit. Learned my lesson will only book direct with hotel. No more third party reservations. Discounts was appealingly but not worth it."

"This was the fifth time I visited Madison and the first time I elected to stay at Homewood Suites. It is in an ideal position near Freeway 12 but remained quiet. Having Brennan’s across the street was a wonderful discovery. Nice weight room, pool was active and a very clean, well run hotel."
