"There were a literal holes in my towels in the room. For the breakfast, I ate a spoonful of potatoes and they were disgusting along with the sausage. Breakfast is the one meal a day I make sure to have and I specifically book hotels with breakfast so that was pretty disappointing."

"Horrid experience. Room smelled like stale cigarettes and regret, the a/c unit half ass worked and the room was humid and uncomfortable. The cleaniness was far below average from previous stays and as significantly declined ea stay in the last 6 weeks. One of many instances which is the most recent and most horrific, as upon checking the air unit, there was rotten bananas with bugs flying into my face as soon as I lifted the lid to access the control buttons to mess with the air settings. So a hot humid, stale cigarette smell accompanied by rotten food and flying insects is what this once decent motel as ascummed to these days within their rooms. Do better and for the love of God learn to have someone working in the front exp between working man hours. "

"I had recently stayed at and IHG in Memphis and was really impressed but the one in Texarkana not so much. My room smelled like old musty body odor and the carpet was kinda dingy. I think they should take the carpet out and just have tile. The staff was nice. The stay was good but could’ve been better not worth the price I paid "

"It's apparent this property has full time residents who work to keep the place clean, as well as sketchy individuals who patrol the parking lot to pickup constructions workers after hours. Overall the place was clean and nice once you got inside. "

"Roaches in the floor. Nothing about the hotel was clean. Smelled of decomposing bodies and weed. Didn’t even check out of the property, just left for our safety after finally being able to check in after someone had taken our reservation wed paid for. Never again: this place should be condemned. "
