My room wasn't very clean - trash and hairs in the bathroom with lots of grime around the toilet. Discovered there were no bath towels when I got out of the shower, only hand towels. Refrigerator still had leftovers in it from previous guests. Basically looked like housekeeping made the bed and only lightly spot cleaned the rest of the room - very disappointing.

Weekend stay

Stayed here for a weekend trip. The hotel is well situated near several restaurants and fast food places. They also had a decent breakfast selection. The hotel is also very close to Target. Now the not so great- Upon check I asked for a new comforter and was told they didn’t have any available at the moment. When I got to the room I realized that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned- dirty toilet, and the shower glass had a film on it. Also the shower had a pink film(bacteria) that shows up in moist areas. No one came in and cleaned the room- maybe this was in the fine print, but this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. Needed additional towels and was told they were in the dryer and it would be another hour. I called back to see if they could bring them and was asked to come down and get them.

Don’t be fooled. The exterior and grounds are wonderful BUT the interior is a disaster. I wish I had known the entire hotel is under interior construction. I am not even confident that the room I was put in for the night was even completed. The tv is permanently mounted in a way you can only watch from the bed even though the room has a living room. The cleanliness was terrible at best and whomever is managing the “updating” of the interior is totally missing the mark. Paint overspray is everywhere! The construction dirt and dust and drywall dust is in everything. I could go on and on but I’ll stop here. I hope this helps someone else before booking here.

Holiday disappointment

The room was disgusting, with mold all over the shower, a pullout mattress covered with large stains, vents covered in black, moldy food under the couch, and parts of the wall falling off. It was so bad, and I cannot even put it into words.
