"We were completing a 10 day motorcycle road trip and stayed at several hotels. This hotel was the best of all. The property was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The front desk staff gave us recommendations on places to visit and provided directions and literature. The lobby, halls, elevator and room were very clean and bright. The pool area was also very clean. The breakfast was excellent and offered various choices. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"For the price you would think a floor mat for when you step out of the shower would be provided. That was disappointing. There was a random hair high up in the shower that was not the color of my hair and the soap holder had residue from the previous stay. So, cleanliness could be improved. Room 403 had a hollow area between bathroom tiles next to the tub that needs to be repaired. My brother really appreciated the free breakfast. It was a nice amenity. On a good note, the beds were very...

"The check-in was quick and easy. The check-in representative was friendly and provided details of the hotel's amenities and was quick to provide some nearby restaurants on our request."

"I stayed at your hotel from 10/11/26 to10/18/26 my room got service two times that is it. I was out of body wash in the tub and Told the front desk twice never was refilled. I asked for my trash cans to be emptied twice it finally was. When they empty the trash they took the dirty towels out of the bathroom and left them on the floor in front of my fridge. The next day which was Saturday they finally cleaned to room properly. I am planning on going back up to Bonifay in November for another week...

"I stay here often for work and I always enjoy my stay and find it very comfortable and pleasing."

"The 1st room we checked into had bedbugs and roaches. On the 1st floor pool side. We immediately went back to the kiosk and got another room on the opposite side 2nd floor and told the clerk that if we saw 1 single bug we wanted a full refund. Thankfully we didn't see another bug the 3 nights we were there. Rooms are extremely outdated and vent need to be cleaned desperately but the room served its purpose while we were there"

"It was ok for a cheap one night place to sleep. It was clean."

"The room was clean. Staff was fine. Parking was good for our moving truck."

"Need better clean, staff ok, air conditioner ok"

"I had a two week stay at the Sparrow. I wish I could have bought the place. It had everything I needed. It was very clean and in a great neighborhood. The host was very responsive whenever I had questions. Everything in town was close by. Not far from the beaches. The host provides beach towels for the beach, which I found very convenient. I would definitely stay here again."

"The listing was misleading. I did not realize I was renting the pool house in the backyard. A family and I both pulled up in the driveway at the same time. They had the house that I thought I was renting and I was in the pool house. It was definitely awkward. The property definitely needs some maintenance and updating. The entire unit smelled like a weed festival."
