"When we arrived the first night 5/6, they told us our room was not available. They rebooked us in another hotel, which was not the same standard that we were seeking. They said they would refund our first night, but we still have not received a refund. Very horrible service. It is obvious they overbooked and decided to just kick us out."

What stood out most was not only the outstanding service itself but the genuine kindness, care, and compassion shown by every employee I encountered.I want to give accolades to Maryam, the amazing housekeeper, who went truly above and beyond in ways that were both thoughtful and memorable. I was incredibly impressed to find that clothes left on the bed had been neatly folded, toiletries in the bathroom were carefully lined up in an organized manner, and a warm handwritten note had been left in the room. These meaningful touches made me feel genuinely cared for and welcomed.I received a very welcoming email from Samantha Dundee asking about any special needs I may have had, including requests such as extra towels, early check-in accommodations, and information regarding hotel services and local activities. That level of attentiveness immediately set the tone for what became an outstanding stay. What impressed me most throughout my visit was the consistent positivity and kindness shown by every staff member, no matter where I was in the hotel. "The room was nice. It was like a small apartment with a kitchen and W/D (we didn't use either). Overall very comfortable. The location isn't where I would have liked it to be (kind of a less than desirable area) which was surprising to me, but not knowing the area, that was hard to tell. It was safe, but not walkable to anything."
