"This was a hotel room- plain and simple. No frills, no extra. A/C in our room did not produce at full blast so our room was a little warmer. Room was clean, hotel was very clean. TV didn’t work great but we were at the hotel just to sleep. Breakfast buffet was nice but pretty simple as well. If you need a place to stay, this will work great. If you are looking for more- probably look elsewhere."

"Our blackout curtain was broken, the body lotion bottle was empty, and there was a large stain on the bath towel. The room was extremely dark. The shower was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and it was a short 10-15 minute drive to Franklin’s Main Street."

"Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption."

"It was inexpensive & conveniently located. Although the bed was comfortable, it was impossible to control the climate in the room. Air gaps around the door. The A/C added more moisture to the room so all surfaces were always sticky. Generally room & bathroom lighting were bad. Exhaust fan in the bathroom DID NOT WORK! Charged an additional night & it took are 7 day stay to get it resolved. Next time we will pay more for better accommodations."

"This hotel is perfect for a weekend stay. This was my family’s fourth time staying here and I am always satisfied. The only complaint that I did have this time was that the bathtub needed to be re caulked because it did have mildew present and in the room it smelled like mildew. Again, this was the first room out of 4 times that we encountered this issue. It won’t prevent us from staying again, but I will request a different room if we encounter this again.
