"Pictures online are not accurate and area is not safe. Check in desk isn’t even at Red Lion, it’s at the Radisson. The building is very old, the rooms are outdated and the AC was not working on multiple floors. Requested a new room and was moved onto the same floor with same AC issues. Ended up not staying and going to South End Holiday Inn & Suites instead."

"Room was organized but the towel and bedsheets were dirty. The room was smelly. The floor was extremely dirty, when you walk 5 min, you have to wash your feet."

"DO NOT STAY HERE…FILTHY I reserved 2 rooms and both were filthy! Stains on sheets, looked like cigarette holes on comforters. "The room was infested with roaches and the mounted tv had been damaged and unable to watch. The staff was extremely unprofessional and nasty. They kept hanging up the phone when I would call to report the conditions of the room upon my arrival. I would never stay there again!"

"Newly remodeled property. The location was alittle suspect, but it was what we needed, close to the Lynx train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There's no central heating/air. There was plug in units in each room, but the room was cool, even though it was 95 degrees outside. ALOT of dogs at the property the day we happened to be staying there, but overall they were quiet. Staff was super friendly."
