"Modern property with good amenities near Iguazu Falls. Unfortunately, they did not provide the room we booked (Master Suite), but instead they provided a standard queen room. When we asked for our original room category, they said they don't have availability and provided an alternative of a Junior Suite, which we didn't accept as it was overlooking a wall from all windows. The staff was kind enough to provide some free drinks and free room service for the inconvenience, but no refund was given for the difference in price between the room we booked and the one we were provided with."
