"El Hotel muy bien ! Las habitaciones bonitas, aunque si a la nuestra le falto un poco de mas cuidado en la limpieza.
El servicio de restaurante por parte del personal da mucho que desear, caro el buffet para lo que ofrecen de alimentos y de mal modo aún peor.
Nos tocó una escena del Gerente o dueño del lugar da igual quien era en el área de alberca bastante desagradable que se podía evitar y no dar mala imagen, volteaba a ver a los niños que estaban en la alberca con disgusto y molesto...

"I was not able to stay there. The Hotel informed me they couldn't accomodate me for the dates booked due to a wedding they were going to host. They did not understad how the booking was accepted. They apologized and offer to cancel with Hotels.com so I wouldn't get affected. I even got a letter from the desktop lady, which I presented to Hotels.com.
Hotels.com claimed to attempt to contact the hotel to request the authorization. They say the hotel never responded.
