"As before, a great stay. Clean and very comfortable beds. Nice restaurant near by and vending machines. Great base for sightseeing trips"

"Kaiserhof is a very unique, small hotel. It is centrally located in Ried, close to the town square and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. This was our second time staying there and we would recommend it highly to anyone having business or personal reasons to travel to Ried i. Innkreiss and the surrounding area."

"At the crest of the gorge but above the main road so very little noise. The staff were very helpful. The bedroom was I perfect condition as was the en suite bathroom. Unfortunately the dinner menu was limited but the receptionist suggested 4 hostelries near by. Breakfast was great. A short walk into the gorge is included in the price. At the end of the walk there is a zip wire to descend above the rapids but this needs to be organised in advance. We slept well in great comfort and enjoyed the...

"Staff was wonderful. Easy access and great location."

"Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, nice room."

"Such a unique hotel and the people are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. My wife and I would DEFINITELY stay there again. Truly unique"

"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "

"Great place , recommend to everyone"

"The hotel room was so small; my wife, baby, and I were in the room, and it was too small for us. The hotel charged us for the baby bed 45 euros per night, although it was confirmed by Expedia that the baby bed is free of charge, there was missunderstanding as they mixed between two reservations and we didn't get the right room for us, the Hotel rated 4 stars but there was no elevator and i have to carry or luggage to the first floor and go on stairs, there was no tooth brush, Sanitary kit,...

"Very friendly service, delicious breakfasts, clean, spacious rooms with a view of the mountains and the lake, and the possibility of renting a bike. I recommend it and will definitely come back here."

"The location and staff were amazing."

"The room we stayed in was wonderful! very clean and convenient for our family "

"Zimmer war geräumig und funktionell eingerichtet. Ein etwas älterer Wasserschaden wartete noch auf Reperatur und einhergehenden Ausbesserungsarbeiten. Der Lift war defekt sichtlich schon etwas länger. Da wäre ein Hinweis im Angebot einfach hilfreich. Ruhige außergewöhnliche Lage."

"Great all around visit for a couple 2-3 days!!"

"This was a very nice and upscale hotel. With easy access to beautiful sites. Nice and enjoyable time. Was only there for 1 night. Would stay again."

"Wonderful welcoming stay here. Luxury feel. Nothing too much trouble. We spoke little German, staff were all very helpful speaking English. Our room was yet to be renovated so a little dated but the rest of the hotel Was excellent. Lakeside terrace was really special."

"I would stay at this hotel again if the need arises."
