Perfect hotel

Nice bedroom on the last floor! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Well located with the bus and tram just across the street. Everything is perfect!

Overnight stay before flight

Very easy to find location. 15km from the Airport. Its 25 Euros to park over night in the deep garage, but if you find a spot outside on the street, it's free. And safe. The rooms are what you would expect. Very clean. The concierge, very helpful and have great tips. Sadly the restaurant was closed, but they recommended a Thai Restaurant, 5 minutes walk away. We were not disappointed. Would recommend any time.

Clean and New, but watch the check in and parking

Couldnt check in on the first day as receptionist has no idea how to do it. Was on the phone asking colleague and showing screen via video call. After 10 minutes got bored of waiting and requested my key so I could go to the room. Also, parking is very expensive 75 euro for 34 hours parking. The first 25 euro was incurred for the firt "day" although I arrived at 10:30 at night. Hotel is clean and new, although not sure what the "Plus" refers to in the name. It is a standard Best Western.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Frankfurt and while the hotel itself is clean and the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, the overall experience was let down by poor service and a terrible breakfast. When we arrived, the kids’ beds hadn’t been set up, even though our booking clearly included them. After a long day of travel, this was really disappointing and not what you expect from a hotel of this standard. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. Each time we came back in the evening, they didn’t even lift their heads to greet us, even when I said hello. They were too busy on their phones to acknowledge guests, which felt quite rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was honestly abysmal, the worst I’ve ever had in any hotel. Half of the stations were empty: no bacon, no meatballs, no pancakes, and no fruit. On our last morning, I had to specifically ask for fried eggs because nothing was being replenished. The staff at breakfast, much like reception, looked unhappy and disengaged. The only bright spot was on our last day, when a lovely lady at reception smiled, chatted with the kids and even gave them some sweets a small gesture that made a big difference. It was nice to end on a positive note, but unfortunately, it’s not enough to make up for the rest of the stay. If I ever return to Frankfurt, this would be the last hotel I’d choose.

: Very nice team, the staff are really great ; good insonorisation for sound ; good looking hotel and chamber - : The shower is nice and modern, but it make water everywhere ; it take time to go downtown ; nothing really near (resto, grocery, etc.) ; it says that we can do your laundry but that's not true, it's only one or two days a week (from what I understand), so if your stay is booked outside these days, we can't do your laundry ; the AC was not fonctional

Good hotel well located

I was on a solo trip to Frankfurt and stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The night staff and breakfast staff was really nice and helpful. However the guy for my checkout just got really angry and yelled at me just because I asked if I could keep the hotel card as a souvenir. He could have just said no sorry I would have understood that’s fine. He didn’t need to be that rude. It kind of ruined everything especially when you just spent 700€ in this hotel.

The reception, the e-mail responses, the room cleaning, etc. were all better than other hotels I've stayed at, and I felt the hospitality. Next time I stay in Frankfurt, I'll definitely use this hotel again.
