The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus.

Don't stay here

The property is in a sketchy part of town, about a block from a strip of "sex hotels" and large amounts of homeless. The room itself had a bunch of scuff marks on the dirty walls, scarred vynil flooring, and a bunch of cigarette trash on the balcony. The rooms are hot due to no air flow and if you leave the windows open at night the mosquitoes will eat you alive.

Unbearable during the summer

I had originally planned to spend three nights at the numa but ended up checking out a day early due to the unbearable heat in the room. As there is no AC, the temperature stayed above 30 degrees Celsius at night (even with the roller shutters down all day) which led to some health issues. The numa provides one small fan for the room which is a nice thought but also didn't offer any sort of relief. I'd seriously suggest in investing into proper AC (units), as hot summer days made the room feel uninhabitable. Overall, cleanliness was also lacking. The fridge was rather dirty which didn't really make me want to leave any of my food or drinks in there. Additionally, the dark, moldy spots in the shower weren't too inviting. I also couldn't use the rain-/waterfall shower head, as it seemed partially broken which led to water splashing everywhere, both in- and outside of the shower.

A localização é muito boa pois está ao lado da estação de trem. porém como toda região central, a noite, vemos muitas pessoas na rua, consumindo bebidas e drogas... e o hotel está numa marquise onde pessoas de rua costumam se abrigar a noite. O acesso por senha pra entrar foi bem fácil, tem um mercado ao lado, o quarto é bem confortável. Cama boa, chuveiro bom. Realmente atendeu nossas expectativas. A área é bem barulhenta e a noite toda ouvimos sirene de ambulância.
