Hotel location is very good. It is very close to train station and walking distance to all major tourist attractions. The only issue was as it is on a very crowded street , i can hear the noise on the street.

Great location close to train station. Friendly staff and large room. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. The actual building looks nothing like the Orbitz picture so be aware. One lamp in room missing lampshade but otherwise good room. I’d definitely stay here again.

A great location near restaurants, train station, shopping and tourist sights. Staff in the hotel were top notch. Our room was a studio and very comfortable. The shower drain did have a bad sewer smell, which we notified the front desk about. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Good for a short stay in Frankfurt

Excellent staff, clean, adequate breakfast. Squishy foam mattress was uncomfortable for us. Small room with just the basics, but OK for a few days. We were there 3 nights. It’s not the best neighborhood. Nice Thai restaurant down thd street.

For the purposes of my trip, the location of the hotel was perfect. I've stayed here several times so I guess that in itself is a recommendation. The area is adjacent to the main station, so unsurprisingly you may find some interesting characters on the streets.

Location was great, and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately our bathroom smelled of sewer during many hours of the day. That is the main cause of the lower rating.

Let's begin with the picture that Hotels.com uses for this place is not, at all, the right one. This small place is almost hidden between other buildings which are fully commerce, not historical structures. The room's fridge did not cool, kitchenette utilities were incomplete, gym does not have treadmill and it is hidden in the hotel. We know that our reservation had no breakfast but personnel did not offer it us maybe to consider it. Positive side: one of the reception young men helped us couple of times. Location is centric if you stay in that same street. Food market is close by . Central stations is also close by.

Room was spacious (I got the 2 bedroom) and clean. Very modern looking. Quick walk from the train station, which was convenient. Also, quick walk to many shopping area and main square. Only inconvenience is that we couldn't figure out how to turn on the light in the bathroom. We were there only one night and there was a skylight there, so it wasn't too big of an issue.
