Solid 4 star hotel, good and qyiet location

A solid 4 star hotel in good and quiet location. For me the only place to stay in Bad Nauheim / Friedberg. All rooms have air conditioning, what they do not mention on their website.

To many chances missed in interactions making a visit memorable - the hotel and facilities itself great but teams untrained in 5 star service - previous visits much better. Exception restaurant at breakfast. But reception and bar staff below average - nice but chance to improve.

Beautiful Hotel Campus

We were midway through a vacation and planned to stop at a different city and relax and do laundry. While there were no laundry facilities at the Dorint. The hotel and staff were so amazing and friendly, that we decided to stay there an extra day. Being on the edge of a nature preserve allowed me to go for a couple of runs in the woods. Hotel staff are the best I've ever encountered in 25 years of travel. Would absolutely choose this hotel again if coming back to Frankfurt

We initially planned to stay here 1 night before moving to our next destination in Germany. But the hotel was so exceptional and the staff was so exceedingly friendly and welcoming that we stayed an extra night. We thoroughly enjoyed. Only knock is the dinner buffet was wildly expensive for the quality. But everything else was just magnificent. If you’re coming to the Frankfurt area I would strongly recommend this hotel. It’s quiet, peaceful and backed up to a nature preserve which was excellent for an afternoon run.

Perfect for a quaint stay!

The hotel is in the Frankfurt region, about 25 minutes away from the city centre. It is located in a somewhat secluded and very quiet area, where you can definitely relax and have a nice day, without being too far from town. There is one just about 5 to 10 minutes away by car, whilst Frankfurt lies about 25 minutes to half an hour. It took me that long to get to the airport. From the moment you drive onto the lot, you feel that you are entering a wonderful atmosphere. There are two parking lot. One that is covered, and another one a little bit further away adjacent to the hotel. The area looks very quaint and welcoming. When she stepped into the hotel, the service was 2nd to none. The public area is very clean, well laid out, well lit, quiet, and so is the room. Large, very clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit on the smaller side, but not tiny. I wouldn’t call the room sprawling, but it gives that impression. It is done to a high standard. It is very quiet, and you don’t hear a peep. I used the gym, which has all the basic amenities someone may want. They also have a sauna, which I did not use. Although it is a bit secluded, the Wi-Fi works perfectly well. Not always the case in some instances. The restaurant is quite large, food is the usual fare… But the staff is very responsive, and comes across as very dedicated to making your experience a delightful one. From start to finish, the only downside is that the stay was too short! Must go back!
