Modern-ish, TV didn’t work, toilet seat was broken and sharp, shower head and connection hose was warn and sprayed everywhere, had to change from original room because door lock was broke. 1 single electrical outlet for charging devices on the far end of room away from bed. Staff was friendly and it was clean enough.

The name of the hotel changed, New Owners, they just opened a week ago, meaning renovation in process. Good luck. Is a 3 start hotel and 3 start is what you will see, although I got charged for 5 start hotel because of the Messe exhibition. Owners very nice & decent people.

Came here more covid when it was under a dif name for few nights when I missed my flight to Us and it helped me get situated and catch up on sleep. It’s under a new name (name outside on building still hasn’t changed ps). I feel it’s better now but also since it’s new it doesn’t run so smoothly yet. Feel like enough staff here do care about the hotel running smoothly and will work to improve and stabilize everything. Roos are same size and similar to how they were w euro hotel. Very good cotton sheet Good huge pillows. Blankets a little short but ok. Rooms facing the side street are very loud unlike uprising the rooms facing th Main Street. The side street double rooms are the higher ones in size though. There is someone downstairs at entrance 24/7. Housekeeping is available only til about 3/4pm (if u want the floors mopped or garbage thrown out you have to specify and possibly stay in room so they do do this, the young guy that does heck out rooms is the best housekeeper, he’s super sweet from when you meet him and really cares about guest experience, wish I got his name. The rest seem to have this job in passing or prob will not work there for long because they couldn’t care less.

Zimmer i.O., Bad renoviert, Bettwäsche und Handtücher neuwertig, Personal sehr freundlich, Lage keine 5 min zu Fuss zum Hauptbahnhof. Jede Menge Gastronomie und ein Nachtsupermarkt ganz in der Nähe, Parken eher schwierig. Wenn ich zwei Wünsche frei hätte, wäre das ein Duschvorhang über der Badewanne und eine Steckdose am Nachttisch -; Dass es im Bahnhofviertel laut ist, dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Für den Preis eine solide Schlafstelle. Gern wieder.

ホテルの入り口が分かりにくかった。 確か違う名前のホテルの名前だった気がする。 シャワールームもドアが割れており、ドアがなかった。 前の人のゴミが残っていた。 治安も良くない場所だったので、あまりおすすめはできないけど、寝るだけには充分。

In meinem Zimmer fehlte der Fernseher, das Licht am Bett war kaputt, ebenso die Eingangstür. Es fehlte ein Stöpsel im Waschbecken und es klebte noch eine kaputt geschlagene Mücke vom Vorgänger an der Badezimmerwand. Das Kissen empfand ich für mich als deutlich zu groß und unbequem. Die Rezeption habe ich zweimal auf die Missstände angesprochen - es wurde mir nicht weiter geholfen oder mit dem Preis entgegen gekommen, auch wenn das Personal nett war. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer war leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es war nicht sauber und es hat unangenehm gerochen. Zudem waren bereitgestellte Pflegeprodukte, wie zum Beispiel das Duschgel, komplett leer. Der Duschkopf war außerdem defekt, sodass das Duschen kaum möglich war. Insgesamt war ich mit der Sauberkeit und dem Zustand des Zimmers sehr unzufrieden.

写真と実際とのギャップが大きかったです。 写真よりも圧倒的に古く、受付の対応も悪いと言うより怖い感じで、英語もあまり通じず、部屋のゴミ箱にはゴミが残っていました。

Las habitaciones no concuerdan con las fotos exactamente. La zona se siente bastante insegura, nos quedamos ahi buscando cercania a la estacion de tren, es lo destacado del hotel ya que esta a 500 mt. La limpieza tambien deja mucho que desear, pero por el precio comparado con hoteles de la zona esta aceptable .
