We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was convenient and of reasonable size. The check in and out were seamless. The breakfast at the hotel was expensive but convenient for the first morning. The park right across the street was nice and we enjoyed walking the trails.

The room was nothing like the photos on the internet. It was extremely basic and hot. We both had a difficult nights sleep - if you could call it that. Breakfast was fantastic!!! and the breakfast staff made our stay.

I was visiting family who lives very close to the hotel and the distance was convenient. I am staying here again next week. I liked walking the neighborhood, and the neighborhood seems very safe. Right across the hotel is a trail to go for a nice walk. Not too close to the city center if you don’t have a car, but there are busses to take you to the city center, then connect you to Frankfurt. If also interested to take a train, it’s possible. Ask the concierge how. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

The first stay (1st floor) was really nice!! The 2nd time we stayed in - what we thought - an upgrated room (we paid a little more), but the quality was definately less. The matress was extremely hard and uncomfortable and we had to go on a 12-h flight with back pain. The wifi and phone reception in the rooms in area 3 is terrible to no connection at all. We liked the 1st floor room, we did not like the 3 room in the side tract.

Not for tea drinkers

It was a very nice hotel. But If you’re a tea drinker, don’t bother with this hotel! There was no kettle just a coffee machine with the choice of hot water and these tiny coffee cups that if you leave your tea to brew for longer than a minute then it’s not hot anymore. Also there is no milk in the room and if you go down to the bar and ask for milk, they try charge you for it!! But I did manage to get a big mug that took the machine 3 presses 😃 Breakfast is a bit expensive for what it was, and the HOT food was cold, I love cold scrambled eggs! 😋 The room was lovely, and the shower was amazing! If you love planes then this place is amazing as there is a plane you can see coming into land nearly every 5 minutes

Vorsicht, das Frühstück muss bezahlt werden, obwohl es in der gebuchten Zimmer Kategorie eigentlich inklusive war. Mein Fehler, dass ich zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht sicher war, was ich gebucht habe und es nicht gleich in Frage gestellt habe. Leider ist das Hotel im Nachhinein nicht mehr auf diesen Sachverhalt eingegangen. Das Zimmer wurde bei dem Kurzaufenthalt nicht gereinigt. Man muss extra Bescheid geben, dass die Sauna eingeschaltet wird. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Kurzaufenthalt. Tolles Kaffee mit leckerem Kuchen.

Super sauber und nett eingerichtet, aber warm und

Super sauberes Hotel, leider war das Zimmer sehr warm, ohne Klimaanlage. Das Bad war blitze sauber aber eine minibalte Dusche bei der es morgens fast 10 Min brauchte bis das Wasser warm war. Da die Rezeption ganz früh morgens bicht besetzt ist ging es zur Nebentür raus. Der Gestank des direkt vor der Türe platzierte Aschenbecher am frühen morgen war mehr als unangenehm. Sehr laut bei offenem Fenster da in der FRA Einflugschneise.

Der er tale om fine værelser og et hyggeligt hotel. Store og rumligt. Fik et værelse uden aircondition med vinduer ud til restaurantens terrasse. Larmende gæster udenfor men du er nødt til at have åbne vinduer. Tidlig morgen fra kl 5 bliver man vækket af flyene der lander i lufthavnen, samt personale der rykker rundt på stole mv. på restaurantens terrasse. Morgenmads buffeten er god kvalitet, men det er aftensmaden ikke. Sørg for at få et værelse med aircondition, så er det et godt valg, da man ikke kan få søvn med åbne vinduer.

Der Gast verlässt ungewaschen das Hotel

Leider gab es am Morgen der Abreise kein Wasser aus der Leitung, also: Waschen und Duschen unmöglich. Auf die Frage beim Checkout, ob das Problem bekannt sei, folgte ein lapidares "Ja, wir sind dran". Keine Entschuldigung, kein Preisnachlass, kein Wort des Bedauerns. Der Gast wurde ungewaschen verabschiedet. Sehr unangenehm, und das Verhalten an der Rezeption unprofessionell unterirdisch.

Z soboty na niedzielę

Bardzo pozytywnie, praktycznie bez uwag, zgodnie z oczekiwaniami. Może tylko śniadania w formie "szwedzkiego stołu" byłyby lepszym rozwiązaniem. Hotel nie zapewnia parkingu ale nie było żadnego problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie.

Even though we arrived late and I had missed the e-mails from the hotel around COVID restrictions they had everything prepared for us. The restaurant is also very good! During the day you will hear airplanes arriving, though at night it's really quite and the location is great.

ケーキがとても美味しかったです。

ホテルの玄関を入るとレストラン＆ケーキ屋さんです。美味しそうなケーキがショーケースに並んでいるのでついつい買ってしまいます。宿泊した部屋はいたって普通でしたが、特に問題もなく快適でした。スパについてはコロナ禍中ということもあり、事前に予約が必要です。予約していきましたが、サウナ、プール、屋外で涼む場所もあり素晴らしかったです。ただ、Spaの使用は朝９時ころから可能ですが、一番遅い時間が15:00-16:00なので、平日仕事後にホテルに入ると使用できる時間は終わってしまっています。せっかく良い施設があるのに、それが少し残念です。

Traumschön

Ein super Zimmer mit Balkon - sehr groß und gemütlich. Technisch hochwertig und alles sehr sauber. Das Restaurant und Konditorei sind ebenfalls nur zu empfehlen. In dieses Hotel fahren wir bestimmt wieder. Hier hat alles gepasst.
