"I ticked the box showing we would arrive between 10am and 12 noon but hotel was locked when we arrived at 11am. Rang phone number on the door and was told no-one would arrive before 2.30pm as they were on lunch break. So we could not leave our bags. Someone did arrive shortly after 2.30 and gave us a key to room and side door. By the time we left at 11am on Wednesday we saw no-one reappear in reception. "Fairly good place, located 3 minutes from train station and walking distance from town centre. Clean, all in good condition, completely quiet despite next to busy road and train tracks. Bed a bit on the soft side, and a coffee maker in the room would be nice. Tip: sign up for their ‘H Rewards’ loyalty programme and you get free public transport ticket from reception."
