Hotel Moxy Frankfurt Airport offers an experience that falls short of the brand's vibrant reputation in other cities. Here's a detailed review reflecting my stay: Room & Amenities: The room was adequately clean but lacked several comforts. The mattress was thin and lacked firmness, with only two medium to low firmness pillows provided. Bathroom amenities included good lathering shower gel, though without any additional vanity items. The towels, while absorbent, were not plush. Water pressure in the shower was adequate with a handheld sprayer but the bathroom lighting was quite dim. Facilities: Unfortunately, key features like a minibar, in-room coffee station, and safe were absent. On the plus side, there is a fitness center with basic equipment, such as an elliptical, treadmill, bike, and free weights, complemented by water and towels. Dining & Bar Service: The dining experience was a letdown, with only a fast food-style setup and limited variety after 10 PM. Our main course was served cold, necessitating reheating, and a sandwich order was mistaken. Furthermore, the staff, while friendly, seemed inadequately trained for restaurant and bar service. For example, a staff member couldn't open a wine bottle, which reflects poorly on their training. It's crucial for an airport hotel to have well-trained staff ready to meet guests' diverse needs at all times, including a bartender capable of making drinks and handling the bar appropriately, which was not our experience.

The stay at Moxy was great, uneventful and quiet. The personnel was very quick and friendly. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the temperature and fan control in the room didn’t work, so the room was overly warm for me. All the rest was very nice.

I'm a big fan of the Moxy hotel paradigm. The staff are very knowledgeable and generally intelligent. Might I suggest shuttle preregistration? A massive drove of people showed up at 0630, which shocked the driver.

Nice room, small TV with only CNN in English and no way to connect laptop Bath shower has no door so water goes all over the room, there is carpet on the floor which is not ideal if you’re sensitive to dust AC cannot be completely switched of so if you’re like me and like it cold opening the small window in the room doesn’t help Overall it’s a good hotel to stay near the airport as you don’t hear a lot of air traffic noise

We found the Moxy a very good value during this particular weekend (NFL Game in Frankfurt). The very small room and bathroom were therefore not an issue. The location of the hotel in Kelsterbach was convenient for us to return to the airport (in a rental car). The 20-minute walk to the S-Bahn was enjoyable. The price of breakfast was also appropriate considering the reasonable room price and the breakfast item selection.

Great room & restaurant, but ask for shuttle info

Everything with the room and the restaurant was excellent. What we didn’t appreciate was that they show that they have an airport shuttle for a fee, but it does not show that it only runs limited hours in the morning and the evening, which we did not know until much later when they sent us that info. Please be clear on that in your posting

The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating. The bar and food staff. Not so much. The food was subpar at best. Besides all that the bed was comfortable. The room was nicely appointed but warm. Nice clean hotel for an overnight stay at the airport.
