The property was clean and the unit simplistic but had everything we needed. For the money it was a good value. The staff while not always on site were very helpful.

Good Stay

Check in was easy as receptionist was so helpful and took time to help us with getting around the city. Rooms are fine everthing there that we needed for our stay. Getting into the city was easy so great area to stay. Only problem was the lifts were broken on our second day so had to use the stairs from the top floor to take our cases down.

A little bit noisy as trains road are very close to hotel. And I was there in August at that time it was hot weather and in hotel there are no any air conditioners in rooms. It would be great to provide as minimum fans.

Der digitale Check-in und Check-out funktioniert zuverlässig und entspricht dem heutigen Standard. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der kostenlose Kaffee im Eingangsbereich. In den kleineren Zimmerkategorien gibt es jedoch keine eigene Küche; stattdessen steht eine Gemeinschaftsküche zur Verfügung, in der grundlegende Utensilien wie ein Wasserkocher fehlten. Brandschutztechnisch ist das Gebäude vorbildlich ausgestattet, was sich allerdings in zahlreichen schweren Brandschutztüren bemerkbar macht, die beim Zufallen laut hörbar sind. Das Zimmer selbst war leider nicht sauber: Flecken, Streifen an der Wand und fremde Haare im Badezimmer hinterließen keinen guten Eindruck. Auch die Einrichtung wirkte wenig ansprechend. Trotz dieser Punkte ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt als gut zu bewerten.

Kann man machen, besonders an kalten Tagen

Ist natürlich ungewohnt so ohne Personal einzuchecken. Zwar hätte die Rezeption zu der Zeit besetzt sein sollen, aber krankheitsbedingt war es eben nicht der Fall. Ansonsten kann man das Hotel empfehlen. Ungünstig ist es allerdings, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat - dann ist der Straßenlärm bei geöffnetem Fenster so laut, dass man doch lieber die Hitze in Kauf nimmt, die sich tagsüber aufgestaut hat und gegen die auch der Ventilator nicht hilft.

全体的には綺麗で問題ありませんでした。コーヒーと水がいつでも飲めるのは助かりましたがカップが無くて困りました。翌日お土産用にマグカップを買って使いました。バスルームが少し変な匂いがしました。周りにお店が全くないのは少し残念でしたがこれはホテルのせいではないので。バチカップライブハウスに徒歩3分なのは助かりました。チェックインが、デジタルに弱い私には少し難しかったです。
