Beautiful and clean hotel, with added benefit of balcony and kitchenette -highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

really nize large room, really modern and fresh, only issue i had was getting in late into the initial door, otherwise self service check in was easy to complete, would stay here again

Hotel was easy to check-in. Room was very spacious and the coffee and thee was available. Rainshowerhead was not working but the rest was very good. Hotel is on an industrial estate so not much going around the hotel

This was a nice hotel, very spacious and had everything you would need. Parking was a bit limited out front. Our flight got in early, I sent email ahead of time but we still had to wait in the lobby after our flight. No one was available once arrived. It was an easy check in and check out.

Kurz entschlossen gebucht, um eine Veranstaltung ohne Rückfahrzwang zu besuchen, hat uns die moderne und großzügige Ausstattung erfreut. Personal haben wir nicht gesehen, können wir daher nicht beurteilen. Check in/out dank Buchungscode ohne Problem. Lediglich die Kopfkissen könnten bequemer sein.

Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Self-Check-In. Hier kann man an einer Service-Stele seine Daten eingeben und sich seine eigene Zimmerkarte programmieren. Damit ist der Check-in fast zu jeder Zeit möglich - perfekt! Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und wirkte sehr neuwertig. Das Bad verfügt über Tageslicht und bietet eine riesen Dusche. Das Zimmer bietet neben einem gemütlichen Bett auch eine Küchenzeile mit Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Spüle. Sogar der Balkon ist riesig. Einziger Nachteil: bei geöffneten Fenstern war es leider recht laut, da es direkt an einer (nicht zu stark, aber auch nicht selten) befahrenen Straße liegt. S-Bahn-Station fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen :)

Bei Ankunft funktionierte der Check-in-Automat nicht. Das Management war direkt telefonisch erreichbar und binnen weniger Minuten war jemand vor Ort, der Abhilfe schuf. Wirklich topp.

Der tägliche Zimmerservice hat sich auf frische Handtücher und ausgeleerten Papierkorb beschränkt. Es fehl ein Tisch und Stühle wo man sein Frühstück einnehmen kann.

Diese Art von Unterkunft mit einem kontaktlosen Check-In war für uns neu. Wir konnten es aber gut handeln. Für unsere Fahrräder hätten wir gerne einen Abstellplatz gehabt. Leider hat sich am Servicetelefon niemand gemeldet.
