"Everything for our stay was wonderful but the “queen” beds in our room were more like double beds, or the smallest queen beds I’ve ever slept in. But that is really my only “complaint”. Great hotel, spacious room (we had a family suite with two “queens” and pull out sofa). The pool was great and my kids loved that it stayed open until midnight! The breakfast was more than adequate and we would definitely stay again. "

"They loved my dog Stella, giving her homemade treats and a cute bandana! Very welcoming everywhere at the property including the formal dining room, she was complimented the entire time on her exemplary behavior. The staff here is second to none, the room stunning as well as the lodge and the views. Next time we will make sure to bring some grocery items since it is VERY remote, but a wonderful place because of it."

"I’m surprised that Holiday Inn lets this hotel operate under the IHG banner. This hotel is not up to General Holiday Inn standards. The rooms have that foul, musty smell. The sink did not drain properly. The shower water was mildly warm at best. I realize it is an older hotel but there is zero effort to keep it modern. Such a shame.
I booked through a 3rd party (hotels.com) and prepaid for 4 breakfasts. The hotel claims to have no record of this. Now I have to see how to handle that misstep. Terrible experience from a traveler who generally trusts the Holiday Inn brand name. "
