"The description said "private balcony" there was no private balcony in the room. There were also tiny tiny bugs in the sink. We asked for an extra hour after checkout, the lady seemed so annoyed and responded with "I can do an extra 30 minutes". Our biggest problem was the no balcony."

"I didn’t stay here they canceled my reservation due to them being fully booked and then they didn’t return my money for them canceling my reservation so I can’t rate the rooms but the service I received was horrible and unfortunately unprofessional for not refunding me my money it was you who cancelled ..."
