"The eggs and waffles were luke warm at best every morning. The hallways were dirty when we arrived and were never vacuumed during our time there. Our room had gnats. We normally stay at Hampton Inns but I thought I would try the Hyatt. I was not impressed."

"It was about a 10 minute drive from Dayton airport. I felt safe being alone. I checked in late, staff was kind. The room appeared nice, bed was comfy. There was hair on wall of bathtub, water wouldn’t drain well, toilet seat was super loose. Something sticky was on carpet when I walked on it. Two different easy access plugs didn’t work. I didn’t tell staff anything because it was a midnight check in but there’s some things that could be corrected."

"This hotel was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue is that none of the windows can be opened. The rooms have no fresh air at all, which makes it extremely uncomfortable to stay inside for a long time. It feels suffocating and unhealthy. A hotel room should at least provide proper ventilation, but this place completely fails at that. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very poor experience."

"Need to oil the hinges on the bathroom doors. Ours creaked every time it opened and closed and I could hear the door doing the same thing in the other rooms around us. "

"Lobby was Under construction/ under maintenance so part of the hallway was sectioned off. Had to go to another room (empty hotel room) to get breakfast vs the lounge due to that. Kind of visually unappealing but otherwise was fine. Staff was great & room was fine."

"My king bed room was fine. It’s just the rest of the place that looks a bit worn. There are big rig trucks parked on one side of the hotel, and when I got there, someone was blasting music while cleaning out his car and the people next to him were grilling in the parking lot. The common spaces smelled a bit of cigarettes and there isn’t an elevator to the second floor. The vibe didn’t make me feel totally comfortable but I was fine once in the room. It was clean and quiet."

"One of my favorite places to stay. Clean, safe, friendly. I don't like the $100 deposit but understand why it's charged and it's not just this hotel but all of them - last night the deposit was more than the cost of the room. Definitely my first choice when looking for a room for the night or the weekend."

"Breakfast and Dinner Hors d'oeuvres were always fresh and amazing. The adult cocktails were delicious too. Staff went above and beyond helping us.. Would GLADLY stay again!"
