"Visiting the area for my father in law’s 100th birthday! The Club Hotel was clean, aesthetically pleasing, the staff was welcoming and provided information about places to eat in the area. We appreciated the security, the breakfast and evening hospitality of snacks and refreshments. We would definitely consider staying there again on our next trip to Tennessee Thanks for the excellent service"

"The overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff was welcoming and assured we had everything required. I truly was appreciative of everything offered by them. The rooms are soundproof, staff greet you with the upmost, and the halls and rooms were clean and accommodating. If you choose to stay here, please be patient when checking in because they offer valet parking and must greet each car pulling up, regardless if doing valet or not. So act accordingly and do not disrespect the staff. They're doing their job and they're doing it efficiently and swiftly. Also, the pool area was nice and the whole environment is family and pet friendly. My only complaint about the hotel is the breakfast wasn't all that but the dining staff is everything. Ms. Elora and Ms. Karen collected the plates immediately after you're done. Overall, will definitely stay again."
