"I booked a club room as normally club rooms are always stocked with some sort of light snacks and drinks. This one was completely bare, except from the hours of 3 to 5 PM when they do a happy hour also they give you coupons to use at their marketplace downstairs, however it was never open my entire time being here. I went down to check at 9 AM 12 PM and 3 PM on Friday Saturday and Sunday in the marketplace was never open the one good thing I will say it’s a spa was incredible again I got a 10% coupon to use at the marketplace which was never opened. I also requested late checkout and paid an additional fee for that but my door was knocked on three different time from housekeeping and management. If I was still in the room clearly there was a lack of communication. "

Refused to refund wouldn’t answer the phone for Expedia to give me a refund so I can book another room last minute. Took 2 days to answer the phone and finally was able to receive a refund. Staff at desk were so rude and showed no remorse or respect to someone who was stressed and calm about needing a refund to get a room and a refund. "
