"The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. One of the lifts was broken, which made access to the floors very difficult, especially with luggage and a torn ACL. If you can't take the stairs and are an impatient person, then this isn't the place for you. It became quite frustrating having to wait up to 10 minutes as the lift was full.

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great- near the train station and huge shopping area. The room was spacious and appeared to be updated recently-nicely decorated. We were re-assigned to a top-floor apartment that did have adequate toilet space, although because the city was under a heat wave, the room was several degrees hotter than the lower levels. The hotel is not air-conditioned, which under normal circumstances would not be an issue, but even with the fan supplied, the room was about 30 C"
