"Very friendly staff, everywhere was clean. Breakfast buffet had the to-be-expected choices and was regularly replenished. Sorry, but the coffee from the machine was not good .... it would be a lovely touch to be offered fresh tea or coffee."

"A perfectly good stay at the palazzo murrano. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful.. the housekeeper even dropped us off at the station early on the morning of check out. The photos probably flatter the rooms a little, but on the whole a very nice hotel. Our room was on the same floor as reception, which was less than ideal, with noise and smoking penetrating the room from outside."

"The property is impeccably beautiful. The views are incredible every morning. You wake up to the rooster when the sun is rising, simply majestic I would definitely go back there again to use the pool. We didn’t get the opportunity to use my suggestion as you stay there for at least four days take the boat trip from Sorrento to Amalfi and Positano. That was suggested from the front desk and it was a great day."

"What can I say! An absolute delightful place to stay, probably the best hotel i've ever stayed at. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everyone was super friendly and the room views were stunning. The facilities were 10/10 from the breakfast,pool,rooftop bar, Spa and the list goes on. Only a 5 minute shuttle to Sorrento so plenty to do and not too far from Postiano and Amalfi if you prefer to check those places out. Would highly reccomend anyone travelling nearby!"

The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and in a great central location, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The food was delicious, with great variety and excellent quality, and the service overall was outstanding. What I appreciated most was the warm atmosphere and attention to detail that made the whole experience feel relaxing and special.
