"Room was clean and comfortable, would have likes to see more than 1 pillow though and maybe a blanket that covers the bed…staff was friendly and made self check in easier (could use some technical improvements to remove need for assistance altogether). close to columbus mall and a nice distance from the center to allow for walking / sightseeing en route. Only one thing needs addressing asked about taxi service to airport when checking out staff quoted 44euros fixed rate for hotel guests so booked it when arrived at airport driver insisted on 54euros and got in my option aggressive and loud insisting payment in cash was disappointing end to my stay;"
