"It was a great option for a clean and easy stay after a long flight. I wish I had more time to walk the trails near the house, they looked really nice! The family was also very nice and helpful when I was so so tired. It cost me a little bit in Ubers to get there from the airport, and the house was very echoey, so even though everyone was respectful and quiet I could still hear doors opening/ closing throughout the house during the night etc."

"The room and staff were excellent. Our only alert is there is no elevator and the rooms are at the top of 16 very steep, narrow stairs…not ideal for 2 seniors on holidays with large heavy suitcases. We highly recommend the Cafe next door for breakfast. Large fresh portions, friendly service, and very reasonable prices. Good coffee too … the coffee in the hotel room took only one sip to know we could wait for breakfast-lol. "

"The bedsheet was clearly not changed before I used the bed, which is completely unacceptable. When I woke up in the morning, my dress was covered in white cat fur, making it obvious the bedding had already been used by someone else. This was unhygienic, careless, and extremely disappointing. I am genuinely unhappy with this experience."

"We were only there for one night, but it was a great experience. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The hotel was clean and our room was well-stocked with plates, cups, and silverware. (This was a big plus since we were traveling with a small child.) If we're ever in Vancouver again, I would definitely stay here."
