"Bedsheet had a hole in it, but did look clean. The bathtub and bathroom in general are not in good condition at all. The microwave has not been cleaned. Other than that. It did look at least clean. I had stayed there once before the room was in a much better condition than this one, but this day was a little disappointing. For what they charge I would expect a little bit better conditions."

"Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff, however a few things would make our stay better. Hand soap by sink in the our room and towel bars. The breakfast time should be extended until at least 10 am. We are on vacation. "

"Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. "The property is run down. Our room had a terrible smell of mildew. The bathroom was old and dingy. The furniture was old and needs replacing. This place is a dump. The tv remote was disgustingly grimy with a greasy substance so my husband wrapped a plastic bag around it to use it. I would not suggest staying here. The only reason we even stayed there that night was it was spring break and all hotels were full."
