"I have to say that I was very pleased. With everything. The staff was exceptional, Rooms clean and beautifully decorated. Food was absolutely delicious! I was pleased with absolutely everything overall and definitely would stay there again. The only disappointment is that there are four charges I feel I should be reimbursed for from the Golden Nugget but have not heard back from them yet, however , I hope to hear from them soon."

"I stayed at the hotel on Friday, August 14th, and it was the second time I was helped by an employee named Malachi. This time, I made sure to ask for his name because he also helped me during my previous visit. Malachi is very attentive, kind, and has a great sense of humor. Anyone who gets helped by him will see that I am right. I am not saying the other staff members are bad; I am just sharing my personal experience and appreciation for Malachi. Thank you very much"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, the rooms were incredibly spacious, and the pool felt like paradise. My only complaint was the staff's lack of clarity regarding promotional offers. Our booking included a $50 daily resort credit, but when we asked for details on how to use it, multiple staff members couldn't clarify the conditions. Based on our best guess, we used it at the à la carte store, only to find out at checkout that the credit didn't apply there and we had to pay out of pocket. Additionally, because we arrived late on our first night, we weren't clear on when the credit activated and ended up forfeiting it entirely. While we were disappointed that the resort credit issue couldn't be resolved, the rest of our trip was truly pleasant."
