"Excellent location right on the lake with gorgeous views and an easy walk into Annecy’s Old Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool experience. Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants."

"Asked for an early check in and they said they would message us when room was available. After killing many hours in the heat after spending the night on the trails we came back to sit in lobby and magically when we asked again they found a room. Wifi barely reached the room. It was essentially unusable. Shower door wouldn't shut fully, and loud neighbors on porch next to us until 22:30 when we had an early morning."
