"Excellent location right on the lake with gorgeous views and an easy walk into Annecy’s Old Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool experience.
Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants."

"We arrived to the hotel early and were told checkin started at 3. The problem was at 3 there were 40 people in line to check in, so we didn't get into our room until 5. There was a weird repetitive noise (maybe from the AC) that happened every 3 minutes and was loud enough to keep me from falling asleep. Also, the hotel lights outside of the building shown through our window despite having the curtain drawn. A very poor night's sleep before starting the TMB."

"Nice hotel in quiet location slightly removed from noisier town centre area. Main issue was the absence of air con when outside temp was in the mid 30s C - a plug in tower fan in the room didn’t suffice and not acceptable for a 4* hotel changing £350 p/n. Room was unbearably hot the entire time."
