"Le personnel est adorable, la chambre est au top, la vue est incroyable et l'accès au spa est très pratique. En revanche, le Chromecast de la TV ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons ramené le câble HDMI mais il ne tient pas bien sur la prise de la TV et nous n'avons pas pu visualiser les films qu'on voulait sur la TV. Il y avait un point d'eau mais il n'y avait pas d’eau gazeuse alors que c'était proposé. Le spa était très propre au début de la semaine mais plus les jour avançait plus cela devenait...

"Abbiamo pernottato solamente una notte in questa struttura, ma basta per capire quanto comodità, pulizia e professionalità ci siano. La nostra stanza, spaziosa e pulita, affacciava sul parco. Colazione ricca e buona. Posizione invidiabile. Occhio di riguardo per che come noi viaggia con il proprio cane. Non ho da segnalare nulla di negativo."

"The room was lovely, clean, good size, perfect location with parking close by. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town. I would stay here again and highly recommend, was good value. "

"Perfect location to the ski busses and the city center (lots of shops and restaurants), ski rental shop in the hotel, great coffee station (complementary). Nice bar with lots of gathering spaces and comfy chairs. We did not choose the breakfast buffet, but our travel companions said it was great. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant twice, food was amazing and reasonably priced. Spa area has a swimming pool, hot tub, wet and dry sauna, ice room and a quiet area with swinging chairs by the fire....

"We LOVED our stay here. My fiancé and I stayed one night to explore Chamonix and this hotel was a way more affordable option. They even gave us a complementary upgrade to our room so that we had a mountain view! Very clean rooms, big bathrooms, wonderful and welcoming staff, amazing breakfast and many options to choose from. They also had a very cozy foyer with a bar. On the first floor, there’s a great rec room for larger groups to hangout and play pool/cards etc. Definitely will be staying...
